We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. For the sharpest results, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). If submitting a PNG or JPG, please make it at least 300 DPI at the size you want printed. For stickers and decals, a transparent background (PNG) gives the cleanest die-cut result.

We do not have a high minimum order requirement. You can order small quantities without a large price penalty. Whether you need 10 stickers or 500, we can help. Pricing does improve as quantity increases — contact us for a custom quote on larger orders.

Yes — every order gets a digital proof for your approval before we print anything. You'll be able to review the layout, sizing, and colors. We won't run your order until you give us the green light, so you can be confident in what you're getting.

We are primarily a printing company, but we're happy to assist with basic file preparation — things like removing a background, adjusting sizing, or converting to the right format. If you need a design created from scratch, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible. For complex custom artwork, we may refer you to a designer.

We can produce custom stickers in virtually any size from 1 inch up to large format decals. The most popular sizes for personal stickers are 3–5 inches. Business logo stickers typically run 2–4 inches. Vehicle, boat, and window decals often go 6 inches and larger. Just tell us what size you need when ordering.

A die-cut sticker is cut all the way through — both the vinyl and the backing — so the sticker itself is the exact shape of your design. A kiss-cut sticker is cut through the vinyl only, leaving a paper backing border around the design. Kiss-cut stickers are easier to peel and great for sticker sheets. Die-cut stickers look more professional as individual stickers.

Yes. All of our vinyl stickers and decals are fully waterproof. They are made from premium American-made vinyl with a UV-resistant laminate, which means they hold up to rain, splashing, outdoor conditions, and daily use without fading, bubbling, or peeling. Our stickers are also dishwasher safe, making them perfect for tumblers, water bottles, and coolers.

DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. A gang sheet is a large sheet of film (typically 22 inches wide) with multiple designs arranged on it. Instead of ordering one transfer at a time, you pack as many designs as possible on one sheet to maximize value. The transfers are applied to fabric using a heat press and work on cotton, polyester, blends, and more — including dark garments.

Our vinyl stickers adhere to most smooth, clean surfaces including glass, plastic, metal, painted surfaces, and powder-coated finishes. They work great on car windows, trucks, boats, coolers, tumblers, water bottles, laptops, phone cases, and helmets. Avoid applying to rough, heavily textured, or fabric surfaces for best results.

Yes — 100%. Real Sticky is based in Sharpsburg, Georgia. Every sticker, decal, and DTF transfer we produce is printed right here in our shop at 3441 Hwy 34 E, Suite F. We use American-made vinyl and inks. When you order from Real Sticky, you're supporting a small American business.

Most orders are printed and shipped within a few business days after your proof is approved. Total delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. We'll confirm expected timing when your proof is approved. If you have a deadline, let us know before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we are not able to accept returns on correctly printed orders.
